Individual Terms and Conditions

Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or mislaid. Individual prizes are as promoted on www.ruob.co.uk – no alternatives offered.
Individual Prizes:
1st • TEAMORIGIN Extreme 40 Experience day
Extreme 40 Experience : you and a parent/guardian will spend the day with the TEAMORIGIN Extreme 40 team during one of their practice days on the South Coast of the UK (to be taken during 2009). Literally spend a day with them as part of the team, on the support boat, on the race boat and see how these boats really do fly. Winners will be required to pay their own travel expenses and accommodation as required.
2nd • Laser Pico
Standard spec including launching trolley only. Collection from LaserPerformance, Laser Centre, Station Works, Long Buckby, Northampton NN6 7PF or The Dinghy Show 2009, Alexandra Palace, Alexandra Palace Way, Wood Green, London N22 7AY by arrangement.
3rd • Henri-Lloyd buoyancy aid signed by Ben Ainslie
RYA reserves the right to change the specification of the prizes in unforeseen circumstances.
The ‘individual’ section of the competition is open to anyone aged between 10 and 16 years on 1st August 2008. Employees and immediate families of RYA and any company associated with this competition are not eligible for entry. Winning entries will be judged by RYA.
The winners will be notified by the email address provided, within 48 hours of the draw. Winners will be announced and presented with their prizes on Sunday 8th March 2009 at The Dinghy Show 2009, Alexandra Palace, Alexandra Palace Way, Wood Green, London N22 7AY.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners’ names may be used in post-promotion activity.

Sailor days: win the chance to have one of the TEAMORIGIN sailors come to your club or centre for the day, he will spend the day with you and the other young people involved in your OnBoard club, giving you all vital hints and tips before you go afloat and then provide some on water support too giving you feedback about your sailing and how to become a future British America’s Cup sailor!
